Returns
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make a return.
The customer is responsible for the generated return costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The product must be in perfect condition and the original labels need to be included.

Please note that any customizations made to your order (such as special length, customized waistline etc.) will make your order eligible for store credit only, and not for a full refund. This list is for example purposes only, and other customizations may apply.
Custom-made pieces are non-refundable.
Priority fees are non-refundable.
If you have purchased an item on sale it can only be exchanged or refunded with a store credit.
We offer a lifetime repair service for your LOVSKA pieces. Send us an email with garment issues, ideally with pictures, on: contact@lovska.ch
