RETURN & EXCHANGES

I hope you never need to return an item, I hope that you will love each piece that you purchase.
To help reduce waste, I aim to keep as minimal stock as possible.

Please visit the Garment Care & Sizing page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout. If unsure please contact me by email at contact@lovska.ch.

 

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase I do offer exchanges and returns. Please contact me within 10 days of delivery and I will advice you on how to proceed your return. For exchanges and returns it will always be your responsibility to safely post items back to the given address (Switzerland) with all the tags attached and using a trusted tracked service. This cost must be covered by you, unless a mistake in the order has been made by me.

SHIPPING

The shipping time from my atelier in Switzerland to anywhere in Europe should never take more than a week. International shipping is usually a bit longer. This stated time is only an estimation and is dependent on the shipping location, the time of order, and the courier pick-up time. Shipping times are counted from the day the parcel has been picked up by the courier. I cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time, and cannot be held responsible for any delays due to couriers or customs. I aim to process your order within the next working day of ordering.

I'll let you know as soon as your garment is ready to be shipped.

A tracking number will be made available for you.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipment cost (in Switzerland) is free of charge. Shipment to the EU and the rest of the world, will be charged at the checkout according to the country. However, LOVSKA will not be responsible of the Border/Custom cost that might occur when shipment is sent outside of Switzerland.

Please be aware that customs of your country might charge you extra for your order to be delivered.
